Bootcamp Description
The boot camp workouts are challenging so get ready to sweat. Each workout is made of 1/2 high intensity interval cardio, and a fast paced strength training routine for a different muscle group each day. The perfect formula for fat loss and muscle sculpting for proven results is 30 minutes of intense fat melting cardio at different intensity levels followed by our unique style of strength training for another 30 minutes using bands, free weights, and your own body weight. Each workout is guided by the best instructors in Minneapolis and ends with a cool down stretch. Each instructor brings their own mix of hip-hop, rock and techno music.
