About James
The workouts are primarily body weight exercises that help my clients get lean, slim, & tone. My workouts are designed especially for women who don’t want to bulk up and mean who want ripped abs and a lean body. I’ve helped my clients attain modeling contracts, modeling jobs for magazinges and TV shows, and I’ve trained professional singers, musicians, and film stars. I am passionate about working with tight deadlines and aggressive goals.

- 10+ years training and researching nutrition.
- Author of the Body Transformation Book.
- College at University of New Mexico, Baylor, and University of Minnesota. (studied Neuroscience and Exercise Physiology)
